Manuel de Oliveira is one of the best contemporary guitar players of the west european music. Portuguese, was born in Guimarães on 07 of July 1978. From very early age, started integrating international festivals dividing stages with artists like Diana Krall, Brad Mehldeau, Richard Galliano, among many others. His most known project is IBERIA, with the two of the flamenco jazz mitic musicians, Jorge Pardo e Carles Benavent. Manuel de Oliveira is one of the most peculiar guitar composers that sintetizes celtic and iberian mediterranean influences resulting on a very original sonority.
